Company Policies
Pricing: Commercial customers (whether on credit terms or not) are set up with contract pricing. We do our very best to hold pricing for as long as possible, but fuel cost, manufacturer increases and the economy can effect these prices. If we have to apply an increase, notifications to you will be made if or when this occurs.
Shipping: Free shipping is available for local accounts with no minimum, a minimum of $75-$100 is needed for deliveries further out. This figure is an approximate and orders close to the amount will qualify.
Employment: ABCO is a fair employment oppurtunity employer, no matter race or age, all persons are eligible to apply. Upon employment at ABCO, a company handbook with all our policies is submitted and must be read and agreed upon by signing an acknowledgement agreement.

Terms & Conditions
Abco-wholesaledist.com (“Site”) is owned by ABCO Wholesale Distributors, LLC and is currently provided free of charge to users who agree to abide by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ABCO reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these TERMS AND CONDITIONS from time to time as we see fit. Users who violate these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site. Users should check these TERMS AND CONDITIONS periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these TERMS AND CONDITONS, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.
Users/Participants:
We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
No person under the age of 13 should use the Site without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use by their children. Use of the Site by any user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 13 years of age or older.
Credit Terms:
Net 30 terms for qualified businesses, all accounts are subject to a 1.5% finance charge on late payments. COD and Purchase Card payments, we accept all major credit cards. Shop-abco.com (site) purchases are handled through secure credit cards transactions only.
E-commerce and Web services:
Our E-commerce store, shop-abco.com, carries its own set of terms and conditions, and applies to customers within that site. If you are a customer of ABCO with contract pricing and find a lower price on shop-abco.com than what your currently paying, ABCO Wholesale Distributors will honor that price. This rarely happens but sometimes promotions or discontinued items are priced low to deplete stock. Our Web services section within this site are primarily for businesses. Our web order entry link is only for businesses who are on credit terms with us. MSDS sheets can be aquired by anyone and are a free service. Online OSHA training is done through one of our affiliates, and is available to any business interested in those services whether they have an account with us or not.
Billing:
Standard Net 30 terms for approved commercial accounts, Company purchase cards or credit cards. Shop-abco.com (site) only accepts credit cards through secure online transactions or manual credit card payment processing. All information is held confidential and private.
Privacy:
Customer Privacy: Your information is safe with us, it will never be released to anyone at anytime for any reason. All information is kept within your account profile and only accessible to qualified employees handling your account.
Employee Privacy: ABCO will never divulge any personal information, bank account numbers, social security numbers, etc about any employee at any time during or after employment, and will never allow any other employee with access to information to do so without our knowledge or consent. By signing the handbook acknowledgement you are in agreement with such policies under ABCO.
Confidentiality: ABCO enforces a strict confidentiality agreement to all employees who work for our company. Upon employment all employees will be asked to read and sign a confidentiality agreement for the protection and well being of the company and its employees.
